​ASSAULT:

James Hamilton, 22, of Stanley Avenue, Mablethorpe. At Mablethorpe, on December 13, committed assault by beating. Community Order made. Unpaid Work Requirement: 60 hours. £50 compensation to pay. Also, damaged a glazed door to the value of £160 belonging to The Dunes, with intent or through recklessness. Community Order made, as above. £160 compensation to pay.

Jason Hoyland, 53, of David Todd Way, Bardney, Lincoln. At Lincoln, in High Street, on March 1, committed assault by beating. £120 fine. £85 costs. £48 victim surcharge.

Jason Bayes, 41, of Arden Moor Way, Lincoln. At Louth Spar petrol station, on May 25, 2023, knowing that payment on the spot for goods supplied, namely diesel, was required or expected from them, dishonestly made off without having paid, with intent to avoid payment of £30. Conditional discharge of 12 months imposed, £30 compensation to pay. At Lincoln, in Newark Road, on February 4, committed the same offence, with intent to avoid payment of £20.01. Conditional discharge of 12 months imposed. £20.01 compensation to pay. At Gainsborough's Morrisons, on February 17, committed the same offence, with intent to avoid payment of £70.19. Conditional discharge of 12 months imposed. £70.19 compensation to pay. At Caenby Corner Garage, on March 3, committed the same offence, with intent to avoid payment of £80. Conditional discharge of 12 months imposed. £80 compensation to pay.

BURGLARY:

Lucas Kolodziej, 34, of no fixed abode. At Boston, on March 21, having entered as a trespasser a building, namely the New England Hotel, stole therein a drill and other assorted tools. Conditional discharge of 12 months imposed. £50 compensation to pay. At Boston, on February 29, damaged a living room double glazed window belonging to an individual, with intent or through recklessness. Conditional discharge for 12 months. £250 compensation to pay.

CRIMINAL DAMAGE:

Jade Sparham, 28, of John Wesley Close, Wainfleet, Skegness. At Burgh le Marsh, on March 4, damaged a car windscreen belonging to an individual, with intent or through recklessness. £120 fine. £200 compensation to pay.

DRINK DRIVING:

Natalie Bayliss, 38, of Queens Estate, Wainfleet St Mary, Skegness. At Croft, in Croft Bank, on March 5, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 64 micrograms in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Disqualified from driving for 20 months. £180 fine. £85 costs. £72 victim surcharge.

Jordan Smith, 40, of North Drove, Quadring Fen, Spalding. At Kirton, in London Road, on October 23, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 54 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. Disqualified from driving for 16 months. £650 fine. £550 costs. £260 victim surcharge.

Harriet Boswell, 26, of Drake Close, Stowmarket, Suffolk. At Cranwell, on the A17, on March 2, drove after consuming so much alcohol that the proportion of it in breath equalled 61 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. £415 fine. Disqualified from driving for 17 months. £85 costs. £166 victim surcharge.

Shaun Steadman, 40, of Roman Way, Horncastle. At Lincoln, in Rosemary Lane, on March 2, drove when the proportion of alcohol in breath equalled 115 microgrammes in 100 millilitres. Legal limit 35mcg. £200 fine. Disqualified from driving for 27 months. £85 costs. £80 victim surcharge.

DRIVING WHILE DISQUALIFIED:

Richard Hanson, 58, of St Clements Close, Sutton on Sea, Mablethorpe. At Sutton on Sea, in Alford Road, on March 6, drove while disqualified. £300 fine. Community Order made. Alcohol Treatment Requirement – period of treatment: six months. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 20 days. Disqualified from driving for 29 months. £85 costs. Also, used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty.

Lewis Whitehouse, 34, of Church Road, Friskney. At Wainfleet, in Low Road, on December 2, drove while disqualified. Community Order made. Alcohol Abstinence and Monitoring Requirement – number of days to abstain from consuming alcohol: 90. Rehabilitation Activity Requirement: up to 30 days. Disqualified from driving for eight months. £85 costs. £114 victim surcharge. Also, used a vehicle without insurance. No separate penalty. Driving record endorsed.

DRUG DRIVING:

Ben Homer, 29, of Spence Street, Spilsby. At Spilsby, in Brun Balderston Close, on October 9, drove when the proportion of cocaine in blood equalled 38 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 10mcg. £120 fine. Disqualified from driving for 18 months. Also, drove when the proportion of benzoylecgonine in blood equalled more than 240 microgrammes per litre. Legal limit 50mcg. No separate penalty. Disqualification as above. £85 costs. £48 victim surcharge. At Spilsby, on the same date, had in their possession a quantity of cocaine – a class A drug. No separate penalty. Cocaine to be forfeited and destroyed.

PASSENGERS:

Dzehavat Tasimov, 29, of Millview Road, Ruskington, Sleaford. At Sleaford, in East Road, on December 15, used a vehicle when the manner in which passengers were carried on it was such that its use involved a danger of injury, in that two young children were in the rear of the vehicle, unrestrained, and there were no child seats present. £150 fine. Also, used a vehicle without insurance. £450 fine. £240 victim surcharge. £110 costs. Disqualified from driving for six months due to repeat offending. Driving record endorsed with six points.

POSSESSION OF DRUGS:

Robert Henrys, 55, of Glentworth Crescent, Skegness. At Skegness, on February 19, had in their possession a quantity of crack cocaine - a class A drug. £120 fine. £48 victim surcharge.

Darren McLean, 37, of Eastgate, Sleaford. At Sleaford, on March 1, had in their possession a quantity of cannabis – a class B drug. Conditional discharge of six months imposed. Cannabis to be forfeited and destroyed. At Sleaford, on the same date, used threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour within the hearing or sight of a person likely to be caused harassment, alarm or distress thereby. Conditional discharge of six months imposed. £85 costs.
